    We are currently seeking a highly motivated full-time Customer Service Specialist who is willing to grow with us. Knowledge of MarketSharp and SalesForce a plus! This position requires a high level of customer service and professionalism because it is the first point of contact for our potential & existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a friendly disposition, positive attitude and enjoy talking to and working with the public primarily over the phone. You must be highly organized and able to keep up with a fast-paced environment. The primary task is to schedule no cost, no obligation consultations for qualified homeowners for several consultants over a large service area using a script and appointment guidelines. Past experience in the home improvement field, appointment setting, and/or permitting is a plus. This is an excellent opportunity with huge potential for advancement with our growing company.

    This job is full time Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Some Saturdays may be required. May work at 2 different locations in Milton.

    Responsibilities:

    Answer inbound/make outbound calls using multi-line phone system

    Qualify and set appointments using a script to determine the customer needs, interest, and appropriate qualifications.

    Respond appropriately to customer concerns

    Confirm appointments daily

    Enter customer information & notes in company's computer software accurately & completely.

    Greet walk-in customers and vendors in a friendly and professional manner

    Scanning, filing and general office tasks

    Requirements:

    Excellent communication, customer service & organization skills

    Professional appearance & friendly attitude

    Dependable & trustworthy with reliable transportation

    Able to balance multiple tasks with strong attention to detail & problem solving skills

    Basic computer knowledge & office skills (familiar with Office and Excel a plus)

    Able to pass a background test & drug screening
