About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Mark Britt Agency, Inc in Kingsport, TN. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and provide excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

Assist customers with account management and issue resolution

Process payment, changes, and renewals

Provide information about products and services

Maintain customer records and update databases

Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

High school diploma or equivalent

Possess or be able to obtain insurance licenses

Pass a background check
