    Job Summary

    We are seeking a dedicated, proactive and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, works well as part of a team and has the ability to effectively resolve customer issues. This role is crucial in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and supporting our customers with their inquiries and concerns. This position is fully onsite with no remote/hybrid work schedules. Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm.

    Responsibilities

    · Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.

    · Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

    · Assist customers with processing orders, and handling returns or exchanges.

    · Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.

    · Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive resolution and customer satisfaction.

    · Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and to gather feedback on their experience.

    · Collaborate with other departments to address complex issues and improve service delivery.

    · Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest process improvements.

    Handles high call volume in a professional manner.

    Must possess a professional speaking voice and mindset.

    Qualifications

    · 2 years previous experience in a customer service role minimally - NO RETAIL

    · Clear, concise, and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

    · Exceptional active listening skills.

    · Empathetic mindset to build trust and rapport with our participants.

    · Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

    · Must be able to remain calm and composed when dealing with our participants.

    · Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    · Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    · Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

    · A polished demeanor and a high level of personal responsibility.

    · High School Diploma

    · Bilingual, English/Spanish not required, but highly favorable.
