As a Customer Service Representative at Mosquito Authority, you will play an integral role in maintaining loyal customer relationships. Our Customer Service Representatives are great communicators with strong phone skills and proficient in Microsoft Office & computer data entry. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with both current and potential customers, as you handle service inquiries, concerns, and requests about our products and services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers by phone or email in a pleasant & positive manner
Answer customer calls and provide general information regarding product pricing, availability, and service details
Respond to basic customer inquiries and requests and notify manager(s) of complaints or issues to ensure timely resolution.
Communicate effectively and efficiently with service technicians, managers, and customers
Work flexible schedule as required to meet weekly responsibilities, including 1 monthly Saturday morning shift
Clerical duties including mail handling, running reports, accounts receivable, invoicing, and other various administrative tasks in order to keep the office running smoothly
Participate in training opportunities provided to enhance product knowledge
Complete job documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:
High School graduate / GED
2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment (preferred)
Excellent customer service skills via email and phone communication
Proficiency with all Microsoft Office platforms and aptitude to learn new software and programs
Ability to convey sympathy through speech & written communication, while remaining professional and using proper grammar and punctuation
Attention to detail and ability to create clear and concise notes on customer accounts using proper grammar and punctuation
Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
Punctual with strong attendance history
