Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
Duties
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Qualifications
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Previous experience in customer service roles preferred
- Proficient in client services principles
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes
- Familiarity with call center procedures is beneficial
- Strong English language skills for effective communication
- Data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Comfortable working in an office environment
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support and sales assistance
