    • Our client, an expert in energy efficiency and a wholesaler/distributor of HVAC and Refrigeration Equipment for over 98 years. They are an exceptional industry leader that has continued to grow in the market and demonstrate a high level of business acumen and product knowledge.
    • Our client's wholesale and distribution team is seeking a Customer Service Representative, who will be the go-to expert for helping customers with their product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution.

    Responsibilities:

    • Customer Support: Answer incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries from customers related to HVAC products, pricing, and availability.
    • Order Processing: Accurately enter customer orders into the system, verify details, and coordinate with the warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery.
    • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of HVAC products, their applications, and industry trends to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
    • Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints, product returns, and order discrepancies, working closely with the appropriate departments to resolve issues promptly.
    • Account Management: Assist in managing customer accounts, including order histories, payment status, and credit inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
    • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to promote new products, provide quotes, and offer cross-selling opportunities.
    • Logistics Coordination: Communicate with the warehouse and delivery teams to track shipments, manage backorders, and update customers on order status.
    • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and issues using the company’s CRM or order management software.
    • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to management on customer trends, common issues, and suggestions for process improvements.

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in an HVAC, distribution, or wholesale environment.
    • Knowledge of HVAC systems and components is preferred but not required; willingness to learn technical product details.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems, order processing software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Compensation:

    • Base salary up to 65k/year
