Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Portal Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the collection and uploading of invoices into various customer CRM portals for processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing invoices: Process customer invoices for our LTSA, Bridge, IX, and Asset Care P&Ls and ensure they are accurately uploaded to the various customer portals.
Verifying pricing: Validate pricing on contracts and ensure customer pricing matches contracted terms.
Resolving billing issues: Work with relevant parties to resolve billing issues.
Maintaining records: Maintain records of confirmations for invoices uploaded, tracker of all applicable portal customers, and all supporting documents as needed.
Contacting customers: Contact customers to obtain, verify, and update account information
Ensuring compliance: Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Tracking invoice status: Track and manage the status of invoices to ensure timely payment in conjunction with our collections team.
Process Improvement: Ensure we have an efficient process for identifying customers who utilize portals as well as tracking compliance for uploads.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in Google Suite.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy in data entry
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in order processing, invoicing, or related roles
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
Experience with SAP or other relevant ERP software
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
This position is an hourly position that is overtime eligible
