Hi, we're looking for someone articulate and professional, who can join our geeky crew, helping with customer support!
This is an in-office role (no remote/hybrid) where you'll be handling support tickets that come in, plus the periodic phone call, and helping to write/maintain our help desk articles. Most of our customers are happy and just ask simple questions, so it's a relatively low stress job... but it is a relatively technical product so being good at computers and research is a must!
The #1 skill we're looking for is quality of your email writing: professional but friendly, attention to detail, engaging, etc.
We're a small office with fun people, so we're looking for a personality fit as well.
Bonus points if you're good at ping pong!
