Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish or other languages is a plus)
Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
Customer service-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
Ability to work well in a team environment
Experience using Service Titan software is a plus
