    Job Summary

    We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative/Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service by answering customer calls, responding to customer contact, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues. You will also be operating the ERP system.

    Responsibilities

    Serves as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

    Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies, ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Process orders, returns, and exchanges promptly and efficiently.

    Resolve customer concerns or escalate them when necessary.

    Maintain and update the customer database to ensure accurate records.

    Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or services to support sales efforts.

    Perform general receptionist duties including welcoming guests, routing calls, and managing incoming/outgoing correspondence.

    Work closely with sales, warehouse, tech, and other departments to ensure timely and effective customer support.

    Qualifications

    1–3 years of customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience

    Bachelor’s degree preferred

    Experience with ERP system is a plus

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle customer interactions professionally

    Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

    Pay Rate $20-$25/hour, depending on experience and skill level
