As a Customer Service Representative/Receptionist, you will oversee customer service and office administrative functions while providing our customers with an "unsurpassed repair experience." Responsibilities: Receptionist Objective: • Greets and engages customers and visitors promptly and courteously, along with taking inbound phone calls, emails, website inquiries, etc. • Opens and closes the office during regular business hours - 7:30-5 pm. Monday thru Friday Customer Engagement Objective: • Update customers continually during the repair process by various methods of communication, such as text, phone, email, and other company platforms Administrative Objective: • Collects proper Yach's and insurance authorizations, prepares repair order files, and collects payments while utilizing the company management system • Assists accounting with bookkeeping, filing, etc. • Provide President and General Manager reports from the company management system relating to customer service and sales • Handle business travel OEM Certification/Training Objective: • Oversee communication and execution of various tasks with OEM and training partners to ensure yearly compliance and recertification Management System Objective: • Consistently notes CCC management system with Yach's standardized notations while communicating with customers, team members, business partners, and insurance companies Sales Objective: • Provide assistance to the estimating team by capturing repairs by scheduling estimates effectively through different communication methods and company platforms, and follow up on unsold estimates • Facilitate contacting business partners for sublet repairs/ Ie. Paintless Dent Repair Office Cleaning Objective: • Keep the office area and restrooms clean, tidy, and welcoming Rental Vehicle Objective: • Facilitates customer transportation needs through the use of company and outside rental businesses. Works with customers, insurance companies, and other businesses for approvals, invoicing, and collecting receivables Social Media Objective: • Oversee social media platforms - i.e,. Facebook, Google, and Instagram, while ensuring relevant content is posted regularly Continuous Improvement Objective: • Seeks innovative ways to improve customer experience and other administrative functions, and has a positive can-do attitude when the company implements new procedures and processes Qualifications: • Customer service experience • US work authorization • Microsoft Office skills • 18 years or older • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work with little direction • Decision-making skills Compensation: $37,500 - $43,500
