We are seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service Representative to join our appliance repair company. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, scheduling appointments, and dispatching. On-the-job training is available for the right candidate. The hours of work are Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
Schedule appointments for technicians to perform repairs
Dispatch technicians to job sites
Look up parts information for customers and technicians
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner
Accurately record and maintain customer information and appointment details
Meet and exceed customer service goals and standards
Requirements:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience in scheduling appointments and dispatching (preferred but not required)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Basic computer skills, including experience with customer service software (preferred but not required)
Wage Range: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
