Job Description
This position requires the ability to answer incoming calls from the public. The person in this position answers general questions regarding the claim process and directs callers to the appropriate agency/division and/or claim form, as appropriate. The ability to interpret and translate verbal Spanish communication is helpful but not required. The person in this position may also help with outbound notices such as printing, folding, and placing the notice inside of an envelope.
