Responsibilities

Assist customers with risk assessments, insurance options, processing, and over all account management.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate client records.
Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain a professional demeanor while managing challenging situations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred.
Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services when appropriate.
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
Ability to analyze information and provide effective solutions.
Experience with cash handling processes is a plus.
Proficient in office software applications and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
