    Job Summary

    You will be joining a small team responsible for maintaining our 5-star Google reviews. You will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. If you are articulate, computer savvy, and eager to make customers happy, you are encouraged to apply.

    Responsibilities

    Receive a high volume of inbound calls, chats and emails

    Identify the customer’s needs, collect relevant information, and provide solutions

    Refer to written instructions for a variety of customer service topics

    Ensure customer issues are resolved to their complete satisfaction

    Document all customer interactions

    Qualifications

    High school diploma/GED

    Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role

    Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office 365

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Understanding of active listening techniques

    Excellent problem-solving ability

    Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
