    Job Summary

    Culligan Water is seeking an individual experienced in customer relations and inbound sales. The Customer Service Representative - Sales and Marketing Coordinator works directly with customers to discuss orders, resolve problems, assist the sales team in scheduling in home sales appointments and carryout the company's marketing initiatives. To be a successful Customer Service Representative - Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you should be detail-oriented, organized, have a selling mentality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Responsibilities

    Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and helping to manage customer accounts

    Schedule service and delivery orders as needed

    Coordinate schedules with the service/operations team as needed

    Contact customers for purposes of scheduling additional services or offering maintenance plans

    Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation

    Connect with web, social media, and telephone lead inquires

    Schedule sales appointments for our dedicated sales team

    Work with the sales department to increase leads, appointments and sales

    Connect with existing customers to upgrade equipment and services

    Follow up with prospects and lead inquires to entice into next step of the sales funnel

    Assist with carrying out and implementing the company's marketing strategies

    Accurately and efficiently enter data into company's CRM platforms to track data

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or GED

    Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required

    Minimum of 1 year of inside phone sales required

    Strong time management and project management skills

    Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
