Customer Service Representative job duties: Answer incoming calls from customers and schedule a service day for them. Enter the information into a computer program and select which Appliance Technician will run the service call. Collect the service call fee for the service call while you are speaking with the customer on the phone.

Must have excellent communication skills. Must have computer skills. Bilingual a plus Paid Holidays No weekends Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday One Hour for Lunch Pay rate: $15.00/hr
