    Here is a little bit about the job:

    Job Summary:

    The function of our HVAC CSR is to take calls and schedule appointments while ensuring full customer satisfaction. Our ideal candidate would excel at customer service and understand the team depends on them to at times work weekends or after-hour shifts as assigned to fulfill the seasonal needs of the field service team.

If you have previous customer service, phone support experience, and Microsoft computer skills, then we can train you to do this job. We just need customer service-minded, reliable, dependable, dedicated individuals to push our team’s successes further.     Job Duties:

    Tuesday-Saturday 12pm-6pm (negotiable)

    Provide fast, friendly, and fun customer service

    Answer incoming calls related to service, billing, and other departments.

    Schedule service/estimate appointments in a timely manner.

    Make outbound calls to book, confirm, and survey upcoming or completed appointments when not dispatching.

    Manage and deescalate customer concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively.

    Answer questions and resolve issues related to past or future services

    Accurately closeout technicians by job.

    Send out emails to our existing customers to book appointments through our software.

    Escalates issues as required and ensures adequate follow-up/resolution.

    Other assigned duties as directed by management

    Key Competencies:

    Excellent customer service skills, and outstanding communication skills

    Ability to think critically and problem solve

    Able to take direction and quickly learn new procedures, processes, and services offered with keen attention to detail

    Open to feedback, believing in a culture of continuous improvement as you work toward individual and company goals

    Comfortable using technology; ideally familiar and experienced with HVAC

    Able to reliably meet a required flexible/variable hour work schedule to include some weekends and adhere to the company attendance policy

    Critical thinking and problem solving

    Ability to multitask

    Proven ability to process high volumes of work with great accuracy

    Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)

    Education and Experience:

    High school diploma or equivalent

    1-3 years of experience in a customer service environment

    Dispatch experience a plus but not required

    HVAC experience a plus but not required
