This organization has been providing elite full-service install, service, integration, design and project management services to clients all over the country and is forever home for the right individual. 

Role overview:

• Handle client service requests by phone, email and client portal
• Review incoming alerts and system requests and create service tickets
• Coordinate tickets and requests with field and remote support staff for timely resolution
• Be the main POC for issues and requests
• Base pay PLUS OT opportunity at your discretion to be on-call to make extra money
