Local Company seeking to add a full time Customer Service Representative to assist in day to day operations.You will act as a liaison between our Production Team and our Customers to achieve the highest level of service.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with builders, field superintendents and retail customers in a professional manner
Insure accuracy of jobs and job readiness prior to dispatch
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Efficiently and accurately perform data entry of orders and scheduling
Provide information about our products and our services
Provide troubleshooting of miscellaneous products over the phone
Follow up on back orders and service requests
Gain trade knowledge on the products we install and represent
Qualifications:
Previous experience working in the home building industry.
Knowledge of Windows based applications and Microsoft Office preferred
Experience working in QuickBooks a plus
Ability to build effective business relationships with all levels of employees and customers
Strong communication and follow up skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Positive Attitude, Self-motivated and Proactive
Professional phone, email and computer skills
Strong work ethic
