Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional looking for a dynamic role in the insurance industry? The Bellante Agency Inc., an independent agency with American Family Insurance, is looking for an Customer Service Rep to join our team in Hales Corners, WI!

About the Role

As our Customer Service Rep, you’ll play a key role in keeping our agency running smoothly. You’ll assist with insurance-related administrative tasks, support customer service efforts, and ensure efficient office operations.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Process insurance documents, applications, and policy changes ✅ Manage client records and maintain accurate documentation ✅ Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries with professionalism ✅ Support the agent with scheduling, data entry, and general office tasks ✅ Assist with billing, payments, and claims follow-ups ✅ Maintain compliance with insurance regulations and agency procedures

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Previous administrative or office support experience (insurance experience a plus!) ✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail ✔ Excellent communication and customer service abilities ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn insurance systems ✔ A team player with a positive, professional attitude
