Job Summary

We are looking for a Guest Service Representative to join our team! You are the voice for our Vacation Rentals, leaving both a first and last impression on all our guests. As a Guest Service Representative, you will take calls, assist customers booking one of our Vacation Rentals, checking in and out, handling any guest issues and a variety of other guest interactions. You will be working in shifts for this position. SHIFTS:

Sunday: 8 AM - 6 PM

Monday - Wednesday: 3 PM to 8 PM

Occasional other times upon request

The ideal candidate takes pride providing excellent customer service and can quickly build rapport with guests. If you are a “people person” with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities:

Answer phones with a smile

Respond to guest concerns and resolve them appropriately, escalating to management when necessary

Assist guests with the booking process

Anticipate the needs of guests and build rapport

Maintain accurate records of booking, ID verification and payment information

Evenings and weekends required

Qualifications:

Previous customer service/call center experience required

High School Diploma/GED required

Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus

Ability to use tact and understanding when dealing with a variety of customer service problems, including stressful and highly emotional situations

Ability to demonstrate genuine care for customers and employees
