Responsibilities: • Respond to incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries about products, services, and general information. • Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and update new account information as needed. • Handle challenging customer issues following provided scripts and escalate when necessary. • Recognize common customer problems for efficient resolution. • Perform scheduling and various administrative tasks. • Utilize company software to ensure precise property/tenant data management. • Support department with daily duties such as data entry, faxing, and scanning. Qualifications: • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role. • In-depth understanding of customer interactions is required. • Demonstrating exceptional communication, active listening, and interpersonal abilities is a must. • Being able to assess and prioritize information effectively for decision-making is vital. • Previous experience in Property Management would be advantageous. Compensation: $11 hourly + Bonus Structure
