    Key Responsibilities

    Customer Interaction

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via inbound phone calls and emails.
    • Address customer inquiries about products, order status, and account details with a friendly and professional demeanor.
    • Resolve customer issues efficiently, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely solutions.

    Order Processing and Invoicing

    • Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in data entry and confirmation.
    • Generate, review, and enter invoices into the system, maintaining meticulous records.
    • Track and update customers on order status, delivery timelines, and any changes.

    Communication and Coordination

    • Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to address customer needs and optimize service delivery.
    • Provide proactive communication to customers regarding backorders, product availability, and related updates.
    • Assist with returns, refunds, and exchanges, ensuring a smooth resolution process.

    Administrative Tasks

    • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.
    • Continuously improve internal processes by providing feedback based on customer interactions.
    • Support other administrative duties as needed to ensure seamless operations.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a product-based or supply chain environment.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in data entry and invoicing tasks.
    • Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM tools, and order management software (experience with invoicing systems is a plus).
    • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Salary Range : $70,000 - $75,000 per year
