Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, detailed oriented, great communicator and able to conduct productive intake interviews to gain the information needed.
Responsibilities
Receive and respond to inbound calls and emails
Create and maintain tracking reports for management.
Conduct intake interviews
Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
Document all customer interactions
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED
Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or Sales Representative role is preferred
Microsoft Office experience is required.
Experience in the beauty industry preferred but not necessary
Comfortable using computers and cell phones.
Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
Ability to multitask
