Position Overview:
As a Sales Consultant you will be engaging with clients to understand their unique insurance needs and deliver outstanding service. This role blends the primary objective of sales with service responsibilities, offering you the chance to truly make a difference.
What You'll Do:
Sales and Consultation: Identify and pursue sales opportunities, providing thorough consultations tailored to each client's needs. This is the primary role of this position.
Cross-Selling: Enhance clients' coverage by identifying additional insurance opportunities that benefit them.
Policy Management: Accurately process new policies and manage policy changes and renewals.
Customer Service: Address inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and review coverage proactively to ensure clients are well-protected.
Community Engagement: We encourage employees to participate in local events to promote our agency and build lasting relationships within the community.
What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
Property and Casualty (P&C) license required; we reimburse licensing costs.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in insurance management software and Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Pay: $34,320 to $38,480 per year (depending on sales experience) Plus an opportunity to earn $15,000+/year in commissions/bonuses. Those who prioritize sales can be very successful here!
