Customer Service Representative and Graphic Designer

Are you someone who enjoys working with people and has an eye for design? We're a small, fast-paced printing shop looking for a friendly, detail-oriented individual to join our team!
Assisting customers in person, via phone, and email—answering questions, taking orders, and providing updates
The role includes preparing estimates, invoicing, notifying customers when their print products are ready for pickup or delivery, as well as packaging and shipping orders.
Helping with the design and layout of print jobs (business cards, flyers, signs, etc.)
Preparing files for print using tools like Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or similar
Keeping the shop organized and ensuring orders go out on time
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude
Graphic design skills (familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite)
Organized, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks
Prior print shop or retail/customer service experience is helpful, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
