What you'll be doing (besides making us smile):
Answering phones like a pro! (Don’t worry, you won’t get stuck on hold all day.)
Managing voicemails – because who doesn’t love a good callback?
Being the first friendly voice our clients hear, setting the tone for all the great things we do.
Handling policy changes – You’ll be the hero that saves the day (no cape needed).
Helping with billing inquiries – because numbers are important, but people are even more important.
Organizing and managing mail – Sorting, scanning, and keeping it all running like a well-oiled machine. (Maybe we’re just bragging, but we do run a tight ship.)
Assisting the Agent with managing email inbox – Keeping things tidy and responding quickly so we never miss a beat.

New Insurance Agent Requirements:
· Active Insurance License – We’re looking for someone with or willing to obtain a property and casualty insurance license. If you don’t have it yet, we’ll help you get there!
· Sales Skills – Whether you’re answering a call or handling policy changes, we need someone who’s not afraid to chat and recommend the right coverage for our clients.
· Industry Knowledge – You’ll need to be familiar with the basics of insurance products, but don’t worry, we’ll provide the training to get you up to speed!
· Attention to Detail – Our clients count on us for accuracy, and so do we. Double-checking paperwork and policy changes is a must.
