    We are searching for a top-notch Customer Service and Sales Associate that will demonstrate excellent time management skills and be passionate about customer service and self-improvement.     The Role:

    As a Customer Service and Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for providing effective face-to-face communication with both clients and customers. You will do this by using knowledge of our client's products and services. Our Associates work hard to expand our footprint and have a strong sense of leadership and responsibility to ensure the client's wants and needs are met for their products.

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    • A high school diploma or GED is required.
    • Previous customer service, marketing, sales experience (not required, but a plus).
    • Problem-solving skills, and the ability to think under pressure.
    • Commitment to continual education about the company, our clients, and their products and services.
    • A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • High-energy and optimism.
    • Self-motivator.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain customer and client relationships.
    • Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times.
    • Have a consistently positive attitude and great motivation.
    • Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.
    • Provide timely feedback to company management regarding challenges or customer concerns.
    • Partnership with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
