    Job Summary

    We are providers of flooring for trade shows and events and seeking a Customer Service/Sales Representative with a great attitude to join our team. Please do not apply if you have no experience with trade shows. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, solve complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer proficient, and is able to remain calm under pressure.

    Responsibilities to start

    Receive and direct inbound calls and emails

    Identify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information, and provide solutions

    Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers

    Document customer interactions

    Assist Sales Manager to start, to learn business practices, quoting, order processing and other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    College preferred, affinity for math, detail oriented

    Strong work ethic, dedicated team player with positive attitude

    Must have some knowledge and or experience in the trade and/or consumer show industry

    Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred

    Excellent phone and verbal communication skills

    Understanding of active listening techniques

    Ability to work well under pressure with deadlines

    Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
