What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers—answer inquiries about products, pricing, and availability.
- Process orders & invoices—handle purchase orders, shipping documents, and billing issues.
- Support the sales team—assist with vendor quotes, inventory counts, and market research.
- Coordinate logistics—follow up on shipments, order confirmations, and product concerns.
- Problem-solve on the go—work with vendors and customers to resolve damaged goods or billing issues.
What You’ll Bring:
- 1+ years of sales or customer service experience—manufacturing experience a plus!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational & multitasking skills—you keep things moving efficiently.
- A people-first attitude—great communication and relationship-building skills.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
