Are you a detail-oriented problem-solver who enjoys helping customers? A fast-growing manufacturing company is seeking a Sales Support & Customer Service Representative to assist with order processing and customer inquiries—no cold calling required!
What You’ll Do:
- Process purchase orders & invoices—handle order entry, shipping documents, and billing issues.
- Assist customers & sales partners—answer inquiries about products, pricing, and availability.
- Support sales operations—help with vendor quotes, inventory tracking, and market research.
- Coordinate logistics—follow up on shipments, confirmations, and product concerns.
- Resolve issues—work with vendors and customers on damaged goods or billing discrepancies.
Must haves:
- 1+ years of experience in sales support or customer service (manufacturing a plus!).
- Experience processing orders and working with invoices, shipping, and billing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational & multitasking skills to keep things running smoothly.
- Great communication & relationship-building skills—a people-first attitude!
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
