    Are you a detail-oriented problem-solver who enjoys helping customers? A fast-growing manufacturing company is seeking a Sales Support & Customer Service Representative to assist with order processing and customer inquiries—no cold calling required!

    What You’ll Do:

    • Process purchase orders & invoices—handle order entry, shipping documents, and billing issues.
    • Assist customers & sales partners—answer inquiries about products, pricing, and availability.
    • Support sales operations—help with vendor quotes, inventory tracking, and market research.
    • Coordinate logistics—follow up on shipments, confirmations, and product concerns.
    • Resolve issues—work with vendors and customers on damaged goods or billing discrepancies.

    Must haves:

    • 1+ years of experience in sales support or customer service (manufacturing a plus!).
    • Experience processing orders and working with invoices, shipping, and billing.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Strong organizational & multitasking skills to keep things running smoothly.
    • Great communication & relationship-building skills—a people-first attitude!
    • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
