    JOB SUMMARY Window World Contact Coordinators (CCs) will manage inbound/outbound calls and work within a customer database (CRM) to schedule appointments and record customer data for an in-home sales team. Our team members collaborate and share proven skills to set appointments up for success. Energy and positivity are a must, with a customer-first mentality to create positive experiences for all Window World customers.

    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES At Window World, we take pride in our customer service! As the Window World of Youngstown Contact Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:

    • Handle inbound and outbound calls using proper phone etiquette. • Convert customer inquiries from various communication channels into in-home sales appointments. • Managing multi location calendars for our Window World design consultants. • Transfer calls to correct departments based on inquiry or issue. • Accurate data entry. • Maintain a well-organized and professional workspace.

    Most schedules are Monday-Friday. Saturdays required every 2-3 weeks. Full time, in-person position
