    We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated SPANISH and ENGLISH speaking customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers in our Omaha office. Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: • Answering the multi-line telephones system: offer water and coffee to the client • Assisting Paralegals/attorneys making copies • Daily run to Omaha Police Department to retrieve police records. • Kipping track of all incoming faxes • Kipping track of incoming email • Kipping track of invoices via email and or faxes • Keeping track of physical mail: scan and save in clients files • Keeping rack of all the appointments • Scheduling appointments for the attorneys and paralegals • Receive payments from clients: document payments on Case Peers and notify the book keeper/accountants • Interpret and translate for the clients • Log the mail at the end of the day. • Prepare envelopes for mailing office expenses • Update office staff list and extension numbers Qualifications: • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills • Must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English • Punctuality • Friendly and caring • Professional with providers and client Compensation: $17 - $18 hourly
