Responsibilities: • Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team • Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered • Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge • Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints • Utilize catalog data and hydraulic knowledge to determine/crossover part numbers and troubleshoot customer issues. Qualifications: • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent • Previous work in a customer-facing position Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 plus bonuses + profit sharing
