Responsibilities: • Customer Communication - H andle inbound customer calls, provide clear information, resolve inquiries, and follow up on quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders to ensure timely processing and delivery. • Order/Account Management - Process orders accurately, manage logistics and shipping and ensure timely fulfillment with minimal delays. • Vendor and Product Knowledge - Understand products and the industry, using resources to find answers and learn beyond data entry tasks, while utilizing vendor portals (Parker Hannifin, TrulinX, PhConnect, Distranet, TOPZ) for order entry, status updates, and vendor relationship management. • Cross-Departmental Collaboration - Collaborate with production, sales, accounting, and other CSRs, and vendors to ensure smooth order processing and resolve issues. • Training and Professional Development - Participate in ongoing product and pricing training to maintain accurate knowledge of products, company offerings, and pricing tools such as SPAs, price multipliers, and other pricing strategies. Qualifications: • Customer service experience with an independent sales force. • Preferred candidate has experience in manufacturing or other industrial-related experience. • Computer experience Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 plus bonuses + profit sharing
