    Customer Service Specialist (entry level) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Customer Support:

    Respond to customer inquiries promptly

    Provide accurate and helpful information about products, services, and policies.

    Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.

    Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

    Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.

    Gather customer feedback and provide insights to relevant teams.

    Administrative Tasks:

    Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges.

    Generate reports and analyze customer data.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    High school diploma or equivalent

    1-2 years of customer service experience

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

    Positive and empathetic attitude

    Compensation:

    Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year
