Customer Service Specialist (entry level) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly
Provide accurate and helpful information about products, services, and policies.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of customer service experience

Compensation:
