Responsibilities: • Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary • Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed • Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge • Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints • Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, take messages, transfer calls to appropriate staff members • Make updates with new account information • Keep client satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information Qualifications: • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent This job is in-person, full-time, Monday - Friday.This is an entry-level positon, which permits employees to become familiar with our customers, system, processes, and company values.
