Responsibilities: • Customer Outreach: Make warm calls to interested clients, ensuring each interaction is positive and productive. • Account Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, managing account details and updates as needed. • Customer Satisfaction: Provide accurate information, address inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly to keep customer satisfaction high. • Issue Resolution: Follow provided scripts for challenging interactions and escalate complex issues to appropriate parties. • Consistent Follow-Ups: Ensure each customer is well-informed and satisfied through thorough follow-ups. Qualifications: • Experience: A year or more of experience in customer service and sales is recommended. • Skills: Exceptional communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills are essential. • Technical Requirements: Must have a laptop and/or iPad, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
