    This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist at Troy Industries, Inc. in Clarksville, TN. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining proper phone/email etiquette, and delivering a positive customer experience on a daily basis using technical expertise.

    Responsibilities:

    • Customer Support and Customer Service;
    • Team player and desire to grow with TROY!
    • Proven Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience expertise;
    • Data entry-accurate sales orders;
    • Responsible for RMA process and follow through;
    • Ability and desire to work in other departments and cross train;
    • Required to follow customer service "follow-up" guidelines established by TROY;
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
    • MS Office and ERP experience;
    • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail;
    • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy;
    • Experience in a similar industry or role strongly encouraged.

    Requirements:

    • Highschool Diploma or GED equivalent.
    • Proficient in reading, writing, and following work instructions.
    • Experience in manufacturing environment or comparable military experience preferred, but not required.
    • Individual needs to be able to communicate with Supervisor and Manager.
    • Individual needs to be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external customers.
    • Unquestionable integrity and strong work ethic.
    • Drug, alcohol, and smoke free workplace.
    • Must be U.S. citizen and pass a background check.
