About the position:
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with customer service is required
Minimum of 1 year supervisor or manager experience required
Schedule is Monday - Friday, with four days from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and a flex-day from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (this is an in-office position only)
Ability to reliably commute to our office near Pinnacle Peak and 21st Ave
Qualities: organized, professional, task-oriented, ability to multitask
Responsibilities
Call and schedule customers
Answer phones
Supervise the Customer Service Team
Complete supervisory tasks
Complete administrative tasks (ex: data entry, scanning, filing, etc.)
Rewards
$17.00 - $18.00 an hour, based on experience
