    Job Responsibilities:

    As a Customer Service & Support Associate, you’ll be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring smooth communication and excellent service for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Answering Phones: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing clear and helpful information.

    • Vehicle Check-Ins & Walk-Arounds: Conduct thorough walk-arounds with customers during vehicle check-ins to ensure all details are captured accurately.

    • Welcoming Walk-In Customers: Assist walk-in customers with their needs, from general inquiries to detailed project discussions.

    • Team Support: Provide assistance with various tasks, ensuring the office runs smoothly.

    • Printer Assistance: Help with maintaining and operating printers to ensure timely production of high-quality materials.

    • Estimate Preparation: Collaborate with staff to help prepare accurate and detailed estimates for customers.

    • Customer Notifications: Contact customers when their jobs are finished or ready for pick-up, ensuring they are informed promptly.

    • Payment Processing: Run credit cards and handle transactions efficiently and securely.

    • Email Management: Answer customer emails professionally and in a timely manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

    • Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.

    • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.

    • Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.

    • Comfortable using office software, including email and basic payment processing systems.

    • A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to assist various team members.
