Role Overview:
As a Customer Service & Support Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our business, acting as a key point of contact for customers and supporting internal processes. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality service while helping with a variety of tasks that keep our team and projects running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Answer phone calls and greet walk-in customers, providing helpful, professional, and timely responses to inquiries.
Vehicle Check-Ins & Walk-Arounds: Perform detailed vehicle walk-arounds with customers to capture necessary information for projects, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Project Support: Assist customers with their project needs, from initial consultations to final deliveries, ensuring all requests are addressed promptly.
Team Collaboration: Provide support across various departments, helping to ensure that daily operations flow efficiently.
Printer Operation Assistance: Aid in the maintenance and operation of printers to ensure timely production of high-quality signage and wraps.
Estimate Preparation: Work with team members to prepare accurate estimates and quotes, ensuring clarity and precision for customers.
Order Notifications: Keep customers informed of the progress of their orders, notifying them when their projects are ready for pickup or completion.
Payment Processing: Handle customer payments efficiently, using secure methods to process transactions.
Email Communication: Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns with care and attention.
Qualifications:
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a similar role is preferred.
Tech-Savvy: Comfort with office software, email systems, and basic payment processing tools.
Positive Attitude: A friendly, professional demeanor with a proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting team efforts.
Multitasking: Ability to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.
