Position Overview:
As the Customer Service Team Leader/Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our customer service operations and office management. You will lead a team of customer service associates, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency. This position requires a detail-oriented, strong leader who is both strategic and hands-on, with a knack for motivating and empowering a team. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage customer service associates and office operations.
Engage with the sales team to ensure tailored solutions for potential and current customers, driving business forward and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
Proactively communicate with customers to address their needs and enhance their experience.
Conduct strategic analysis to identify opportunities for improving customer service and operational efficiency.
Organize office operations and procedures, manage correspondence, review and approve purchase and expense requisitions, and oversee clerical functions.
Plan and implement office system updates to maintain office efficiency.
Collaborate with leadership to promote continual growth and improvement.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college degree preferred.
Proficient computer skills and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
The ability to delegate and empower others.
Must possess integrity, self-awareness, humility, compassion, resilience, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Familiarity with office management software and customer service best practices.
Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Experience:
Previous experience in a leadership role within customer service and/or office management.
