    Responsibilities:

    Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries and needs.

    Manage phone calls and emails, providing timely and accurate information.

    Schedule appointments and coordinate service requests efficiently.

    Process payments and handle transactions with precision.

    Maintain a clean and organized front office environment.

    Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.

    Stay updated on automotive services and promotions to inform customers effectively.

    Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service is a plus.

    Prefer experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
