With our recent growth TennMax America has an opportunity for a new customer service representative.
What you'll do:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities would include, item BOM creation, customer order entry, supplier follow-up, supporting sales in quoting activities, coordinating with scheduling, and customer support follow-up.
Who we want:
A person with attention to detail and a drive for high-quality work are core strengths. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to remain positive in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. The preferred candidate would be extremely organized and have experience using an ERP system and ability to work autonomously without supervision.
