About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team at Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Shakopee, MN. As a Weekend Shift Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming gym environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check-in members as they enter the gym

Assist with new member sign-ups and tours of the facility

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym floor and equipment

Answer phone calls and provide information to potential and current members

Assist with member inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns

Monitor gym access and ensure only members with valid access are allowed entry

Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safety and security of all members

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience preferred

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer and phone skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
