Job Summary
We are seeking a Part -Time Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with professionals in the beauty industry. The ideal candidate is friendly, highly detailed oriented, great communicator and able to conduct productive intake interviews to gain the information needed.
Responsibilities
Receive and respond to inbound calls and emails
Create and maintain tracking reports for management.
Conduct intake interviews
Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
Document all customer interactions
Record keeping
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED
Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
Experience in Bookkeeping is preferred
Experience in the beauty industry preferred but not necessary
Comfortable using computers and customer management software
Proven experience with Microsoft Office software and programs.
Comfortable communicating via text and emails
Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
Marketing experience preferred but not necessary
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
