    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative with a strong background in international freight forwarding to join our fast-paced and customer-centric team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in providing exceptional service, managing operations, and supporting sales efforts for air and ocean freight solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide outstanding customer service by handling inquiries and resolving issues related to international freight forwarding (air and ocean).

    Prepare and manage quotations for air and ocean freight shipments, ensuring competitive pricing and customer satisfaction.

    Collaborate with operations teams to coordinate import/export shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

    Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs proactively and ensuring repeat business.

    Support the inside sales team by identifying potential opportunities and assisting in account development.

    Communicate effectively in English; fluency in Spanish or Chinese is a strong advantage.

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s systems.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Experience:

    Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in international freight forwarding.

    At least 1 year of inside sales experience, including preparing air and ocean freight quotations.

    FTL/LTL/Warehousing experience.

    Technical Knowledge:

    Familiarity with air/ocean freight import/export operations and industry regulations.

    Language Skills:

    Fluency in English is required.

    Proficiency in Spanish or Chinese is a plus.
