  • Responsibilities

    As the Customer Service Manager , you will be responsible for providing customer service support, scheduling, processing requests, and assistance with Government conferences.

    Job Duties & Responsibilities:

    · Provide opening procedures to include posting conference schedules at government facilities

    · Phone service begins immediately following opening procedures

    · Provide customer service support by staffing a customer service desk to generate Products & Services requests and respond to customer requests to including tracking requests

    · Integrate service order requests and provide assistance to conference attendees

    · Provide notary service

    · Provide oversight of the key management and control

    · The Customer Service Manager, or their approved designees, must be present during the business hours of 0600-1800. After normal business hours or during weekends, Customer Service Manager or their approved designees shall be physically present within two (2) hours of notification of an incident requiring emergency response, if and when an emergency situation occurs and shall be available for contact by telephone 24 hours per day, 7 days per week (24/7), including holidays.

    Qualifications:

    · A high school diploma or GED & 2 years’ recent experience managing a customer service center

    Clearance:

    · TS/SCI required to start. Ability to get a Full Scope Poly clearance

    · US Citizenship is required.

    • Basic computer fluency, including Microsoft Office
    • Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle
    • Must be able to establish a rapport and work effectively with a diverse, multi-cultural group of parents, children, family members and other program staff members
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
