Eagle Rock Animal Emergency is a privately-owned Emergency animal hospital looking for Client Service Representatives (CSR’s) to add to our team. We pride ourselves on making our patients, clients, and staff feel welcome, and would love to add someone to the team with the same attitude.

Our CSR should be someone who enjoys working with people and animals. Clients can be under a lot of stress during a time of emergency, and we want to have someone on the team that understands that and is willing to speak with them in an empathetic and polite manner.

Rate: Starting at 25/hr Shifts: We are open 24 hrs on Monday, 6pm-8am overnight Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, and 24 hrs Friday/Saturday/Sunday

Requirements

● Someone who enjoys working with people and animals

● Able to work with minimal supervision

● A multi-tasker and creative problem solver

● Prior customer service experience

● Basic computer, phone, and notetaking skills

● Math skills

● Willingness to learn new things and ask questions

● A team player and communicator

● 1 year minimum of experience in a veterinary setting

Task List

● Communicating directly with our Virtual Phone Assistants and assisting with incoming

patients

● Communicating directly with the hospital team and assisting in day-to-day tasks

● Updating the hospital team on patient arrivals and assisting with intake and

documentation

● Communicating with clients in a polite manner

● Presenting Treatment Plan Estimates and collecting payments

● Assisting with patient discharge and filling medications to go home

● Assisting with any administrative tasks as needed- unpacking and logging inventory,

transferring notes, responding to emails, restocking, reorganizing office space, etc

Our work environment includes:

● Flexible working hours- morning, midday, night, overnight

● A teaching hospital, willing to cross-train and teach others about the world of veterinary

medicine
